United Way Partners with FamilyWize
to Offer Prescription Drug Discount Card

Nearly one out of every five people in the United States has no prescription drug coverage. Even with insurance, the high cost of prescription drugs can prevent people from getting the medications they need. The United Way of Deschutes County has joined with FamilyWize® to provide prescription drug discount cards at no charge.

The card, valid nationwide, can save families an average of 20 to 30 percent or more on prescription medications. There is no income limit, age requirement, eligibility, registration or fees required. The card can be used as often as needed, for any prescription, for everyone in your family.
